Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card, no time limit. Your school gets a verified profile in Schools Geek search with up to 3 admission leads, 5 scheduled campus visits and 5 gift orders every month, plus a school store for small monthly volumes. When you outgrow the limits you upgrade, and your profile and data carry over untouched.
How does the 3-months-free offer work on paid plans?
The free period starts the day your school actually starts using Schools Geek, not the day you sign. After 3 months your plan's monthly fee begins. Cancel any time inside the free period and you pay nothing.
What counts as a student for pricing?
Active, enrolled students in the current academic year. Alumni, waitlisted applicants and staff do not count. If you cross into a bigger band mid-year, the new price applies from your next billing term.
Are there setup fees?
Free and Launch have none. Grow and Complete include guided or fully managed onboarding, whose one-time fee depends on your data size. Your demo quote states it exactly, and it is waived on annual billing.
What is billed extra?
Only pass-through costs: SMS and WhatsApp message charges, payment-gateway fees on online fee collection, and any hardware such as biometric devices or printers. Hosting, updates and support are always included.
Can I start with one solution and add more later?
Yes. Most schools start Free or with Launch for the website and marketing, add ERP with Grow, then the LMS with Complete. Everything shares one database, so an upgrade migrates nothing.
